Personal Data Protection Notice (Singapore)
This notice is issued by Pegotec Pte. Ltd. (UEN: 201716658D) in compliance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and its 2021 amendments ("PDPA").
Our PDPA Obligations
As an organisation operating in Singapore, we are required to:
- Notify individuals of the purposes for which we collect, use, or disclose their personal data
- Obtain consent for those purposes before collection (except where permitted by law)
- Allow individuals to access and correct their personal data
- Protect personal data using reasonable security arrangements
- Retain personal data only as long as necessary
- Notify PDPC and affected individuals of data breaches that cause significant harm

Purposes for Collecting Personal Data

Third-Party Disclosure

- Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers
- Analytics service providers (Google Analytics)
- Email delivery service providers (Postmark)
- Newsletter platform (Beehiiv — only for opted-in subscribers)
- Legal or regulatory authorities (as required by law)
We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
Accessing and Correcting Your Data
Under the PDPA, you have the right to:
Access — Request information about the personal data we hold about you and how it has been used or disclosed.
Correction — Request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
To submit a request: Email privacy@sm-tm.app with your full name, email address, and a description of your request. We will respond within 30 calendar days.
Withdrawal of Consent
You may withdraw your consent for us to collect, use, or disclose your personal data at any time by contacting privacy@sm-tm.app.
Note: Withdrawal of consent may mean we are unable to continue providing certain Services to you.
Data Breach Notification
In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in significant harm to affected individuals, we will:
- Notify the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) within 3 calendar days
- Notify affected individuals as directed by the PDPC
