After years of building and refining the platform alongside maintenance teams in manufacturing, food & beverage, and other industrial sectors, Smart Maintenance Task Manager is officially available. We are ready to welcome new customers, and we would love to show you what the platform can do for your facility.
What Is Smart Maintenance Task Manager?
Smart Maintenance Task Manager is a cloud-based CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) built specifically for industrial operations. It gives maintenance managers, supervisors, and technicians everything they need to plan, execute, and track maintenance work — from a web dashboard and a fully offline-capable mobile app for iOS and Android.
Core Capabilities
- Maintenance Scheduling — Build recurring schedules (daily, weekly, monthly) for every machine, line, and department. Tasks are automatically routed to the right technician at the right time.
- 5-Level Asset Hierarchy — Organize your entire facility: Department → Production Line → Asset → Section → Task Point. Every piece of equipment has a full maintenance history.
- Mobile App — Offline First — Technicians execute tasks, complete checklists, capture photos, and submit reports without any internet connection. Everything syncs automatically when the device reconnects.
- NFC Tag Integration — Attach an NFC tag to any machine. Technicians tap their phone on the tag, and the task list for that machine opens instantly — no searching, no manual entry.
- Safety & LOTO Enforcement — On lockout-required machines, technicians must complete the full LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) safety acknowledgment before starting any task. No bypass, no exceptions.
- Real-Time Reporting — Dashboards and reports give managers a live view of task completion rates, overdue tasks, technician activity, and maintenance KPIs across single or multiple sites.
- 14-Language Support — The platform and mobile app are available in 14 languages, configurable per user — built for international teams and multi-site operations.
Built for the Factory Floor
Most maintenance software is designed for the office. Smart Maintenance Task Manager is designed for the factory floor. Factory environments — basements, remote production areas, and large warehouses — often lack reliable internet connectivity. Our mobile app is built from the ground up as an offline-first application, so technicians can work without interruption regardless of network conditions.
The workflow is straightforward: a technician scans the NFC tag on a machine, the task list opens immediately, they work through the checklist, attach photos as evidence, and submit the report. The moment they step back into an area with connectivity, everything syncs to the central system. No paper forms. No missed tasks. No data entry later.
Who Is It For?
Smart Maintenance Task Manager is designed for industrial facilities with dedicated maintenance teams. It serves a wide range of sectors:
- Manufacturing plants
- Food & beverage production facilities
- Textile and garment factories
- Chemical processing plants
- Automotive assembly facilities
- Pharmaceutical production sites
Whether you manage a single site with a small team or multiple factories across different countries, Smart Maintenance Task Manager scales to your operation. Multi-tenant architecture, multi-site dashboards, and multi-language support are built in from day one.
Schedule a Free Demo
We are actively scheduling demos and would love to walk you through the platform — tailored to your industry, your team size, and your current maintenance workflow. A demo takes 30 minutes and includes a live walkthrough of the web dashboard and the mobile app.
There is no commitment required. If Smart Maintenance Task Manager is a fit for your facility, we will talk about the next steps. If it is not, we will tell you honestly.
You can also reach us directly at hello@sm-tm.app with any questions about the platform, pricing, or integration requirements.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is a CMMS, and do I need one?
A CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) is software that helps maintenance teams plan, schedule, execute, and track maintenance work. If your team currently manages maintenance tasks with paper forms, spreadsheets, or WhatsApp messages, a CMMS replaces all of that with a structured, auditable, and measurable system. Smart Maintenance Task Manager is a CMMS purpose-built for industrial environments.
Which industries does Smart Maintenance Task Manager support?
Smart Maintenance Task Manager is designed for any industry with physical assets and maintenance teams, including manufacturing, food & beverage, textiles & garments, chemical processing, automotive, and pharmaceuticals. If your facility runs machines that require regular maintenance, the platform will work for you.
Does the mobile app really work without internet?
Yes — fully. The mobile app (iOS and Android) stores all task data locally on the device. Technicians can execute tasks, complete checklists, capture photos, and submit reports with zero internet connectivity. When the device reconnects — even hours later — all data syncs automatically to the central system. Nothing is lost.
How does NFC tag integration work?
You attach a standard NFC sticker to a machine or machine section. Using the Smart Maintenance Task Manager mobile app, you write the machine’s identifier to the tag once. From that point on, any technician can tap their phone to the tag, and the task list for that machine opens immediately — no searching, no QR scanning, no manual entry. NFC scanning works offline as well.
What is LOTO, and how does the system enforce it?
LOTO stands for Lockout/Tagout — a safety procedure required before working on machines that could unexpectedly energize or release stored energy. In Smart Maintenance Task Manager, you can mark specific machines as requiring LOTO. When a technician attempts to start a task on such a machine, they are presented with a mandatory safety acknowledgment screen — step by step — before the task can begin. There is no way to bypass this screen. Every acknowledgment is logged with a timestamp and the technician’s identity.
How long does it take to get set up?
A basic setup — creating your asset hierarchy, adding technicians, and scheduling your first tasks — can be done within a day for a single-site operation. During the demo, we will give you a realistic picture of what onboarding looks like for your specific facility size and complexity. We also support customers through the initial setup.
How is pricing structured?
Pricing is based on the number of users and sites. We do not charge per task or per asset. Visit our Pricing page for an overview, or book a demo to get a quote tailored to your team size and requirements.
What is included in the demo?
A demo is a 30-minute live session with our team. We walk you through the web dashboard and the mobile app, with a focus on your specific industry and maintenance workflow. We cover scheduling, task execution on the mobile app, NFC scanning, safety enforcement, and reporting. There is no sales pressure — if the platform is not a fit, we will tell you. Book your slot here.
Does Smart Maintenance Task Manager integrate with other systems?
Smart Maintenance Task Manager provides a REST API for integration with ERP systems, IoT platforms, and other tools. Integration requirements vary by customer — this is a topic we cover in the demo. If you have a specific integration in mind, reach out to us at hello@sm-tm.app before booking, and we will make sure the demo addresses it.
What languages does the platform support?
The mobile app is available in 14 languages and configurable per user, so a multinational team can each use the app in their own language on the same account. The web dashboard is currently in English. Additional language support for the dashboard is on the roadmap.
