Picture a maintenance director responsible for a textile group: a spinning plant, two weaving halls on separate sites, and a finishing facility. Before, Monday started with four browser tabs and a spreadsheet. Each site had its own dashboard, its own login, its own export. To answer a question as simple as “which site fell behind over the weekend?” meant opening all four, reading each completion rate, and holding the numbers in your head long enough to compare them.

The consolidated view isn’t a static summary bolted on after the fact — it reads from the same data model as every individual site dashboard. That means the cross-site numbers and the per-site numbers always come from the same source, so they always reconcile.

• Completion and overdue at a glance. See how many tasks each facility completed on time versus what fell overdue, side by side, for the period you’re looking at.
• The Maintenance Effectiveness Index (MEI) per site. One score per facility — combining availability, schedule compliance, and first-pass quality — so you can tell at a glance which sites are on plan and which are slipping, without standing up a separate measurement system.
